Alfuzosin Hydrochloride: A selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that relaxes smooth muscles in the bladder and prostate, improving urine flow and reducing BPH symptoms.
Dutasteride: Inhibits both type I and type II forms of steroid 5 alpha-reductase, preventing the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the hormone responsible for prostate enlargement.
Indications: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) ,Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS)
Dosage and Administration: Take one tablet once daily or as directed by a physician.

Indications:
(1) Prevent N&V resulting from initial and repeated courses of cancer chemotherapy, including high-dose cisplatin.
(2) Prophylaxis and treatment of selected cases of postoperative N&V, especially situations where there is multiple retching and long periods of N&V.
Dosage and administration: One to two tablets in a day or as directed by the Physician.
Nitrofurantoin is a synthetic antibiotic used to treat uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections (UTIs), effective against most gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.
Lactic acid bacillus is a probiotic bacteria that strengthen the local bioflora to help fight infections and prevent secondary infections.-
Indications: Nitrofurantoin is the first-line therapy for uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections. It is advantageous because it concentrates in the lower urinary tract, maintains low serum concentrations, and does not significantly impact bowel flora.
Dosage and Administration: Current guidelines recommend 100 mg of nitrofurantoin monohydrate/macrocrystals twice daily for 5 days for the treatment of lower UTIs. A 7-day course of 100 mg twice daily is also acceptable.
Simethicone: A silicone compound that reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, allowing for their easier removal as flatulence or belching.
Levosulpiride: An antagonist of central and peripheral dopamine receptors that decreases the perception of gastric distention.
Mebeverine: An antispasmodic with anticholinergic properties that helps relieve intestinal spasms.
Indications: Functional dyspepsia ,Irritable bowel syndrome ,Gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD)
Dosage and Administration: Take one tablet three times a day or as directed by a physician.
Glizot medicine is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). It helps improve blood glucose levels. The combination of gliclazide and metformin is effective and well-tolerated for patients inadequately controlled by monotherapy.
About Gliclazide: An oral sulfonylurea that stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas, helping to lower blood sugar levels.
It is metabolized by the liver, making it a safer option for patients with renal complications.
Additionally, it has a lower risk of hypoglycemia compared to some other sulfonylureas and is associated with a reduced risk of cardiac events.
Indications: Type II diabetes uncontrolled by monotherapy.
Gliclazide and glimepiride have similar glycemic efficacy, but gliclazide has a 50% lower hypoglycemia risk.
